How to Cancel Your Subscription
Managing your subscription is simple and can be done in just a few steps. If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below.

Click on your profile icon in the sample (JS) and select Your Account from the dropdown menu
Find your active subscription and click on the three-dot located right side
Click Unsubscribe to start the cancellation process.
A prompt will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription?"
Click Continue Cancellation to confirm.
You may be asked to share the reason for canceling your subscription. Providing feedback helps us improve our services.
Then click Unsubscribe
Once the cancellation is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that subscription is already cancel but you'll still be able to use the app until the end of your current billing period.

Include the email address linked to your account, and we’ll take care of the cancel and confirm once it’s done.
Note: Our system automatically charges subscriptions on the renewal date, so please contact us at least 1–2 days in advance to allow enough time for processing.
