If you ran into a bug or something didn’t work as expected, we totally get how frustrating that can be. Bugs may occur as we release updates and new features to improve your experience on the platform. Refunds are not provided for bugs or general dissatisfaction.


To help us investigate and resolve bugs efficiently, please email [email protected] and include the following information: 


  • The email address associated with your Airbtics account
  • A detailed description of the issue and the feature involved
  • Any relevant screenshots or screen recordings


Timely reporting allows our team to investigate and minimize any disruption. Our team reviews each report carefully. Most bugs are resolved within one business day. For more complex cases, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
