Airbtics provides extensive data to support your short-term rental journey, with advanced filters to help you focus on the insights that matter most, whether analyzing markets or specific listings.
1.) In the Overview tab, click the arrow button ▶ on the left to expand the map view and access the bedroom filters and All filters option.
Listing
The filters in the Listing section allow you to refine your search by property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, guest capacity, and minimum stay requirements, helping you find listings that match your criteria or similar to you listings.

Pro, Expert & Scale: Available
Performance
The filters in the Performance section let you refine your search by Price Tiers, Revenue, Management Type (Professionally Managed or Not), Rating, and Number of Reviews, helping you find listings that match your criteria or similar to you listings.
Note: This is only available to Expert and Scale plan users
Amenities
The filters in the Amenities section allow you to refine your search based on Categories, Most Common & Additional amenties, helping you find listings that match your criteria or similar to you listings.
