How to apply filters in Airbtics

Airbtics gives you a vast amount of data to analyze to assist you in your short-term rental journey. To make the most of this information, you can use advanced filters to focus on the insights that matter most to you. These filters allow you to narrow down your search, whether you're analyzing entire markets or specific property listings.

In the Overview tab, click the arrow button ⏩ on the left side to expand the map view, allowing you to access the bedroom filters and the All filters option.

The filters in the Listing section let you refine your search by specifying property type, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, guest capacity, and minimum stay requirements. These options help you focus on the listings that best match your criteria.
