How to apply filters

Airbtics provides extensive data to support your short-term rental journey, with advanced filters to help you focus on the insights that matter most, whether analyzing markets or specific listings.

Note: Filters are only available for Expert and Scale plan users.

The filters in the Listing section allow you to refine your search by number of bedrooms and bathrooms & guest capacity helping you find listings that match your criteria or similar to you listings.

The filters in the Performance section let you refine your search by Price Tiers, Revenue, Management Type (Professionally Managed or Not), Rating, and Number of Reviews, helping you find listings that match your criteria or similar to you listings.

👉 Don’t forget to click Done after selecting your filters to update the results. You can also use Reset to clear your selections.

⚠️ Important: Some filter combinations may return no results. This usually happens when the selected criteria are uncommon or do not exist in the market—for example, 1 bedroom with 4 bathrooms and 6 guest capacity. Broaden your filter criteria to see more listings and gain better insights into the market.
