How to download Listing Level data

Download all the data on short-term rental listings in specific market in excel format. This is an add-on product. It is not included in any of the subscription plan. Pricing starts at $150 per market, depending on the level of data granularity required.
Here’s how:
- Go to the app: https://app.airbtics.com/
- Search for your market e.g., Vadhana
- Click the three dots, then select "Listing Level Data."
Overview
This property level dataset provides detailed information for granular analysis, including both listing and performance data. See data dictionary.
Listing Data
Contains comprehensive information about each listing. Last Updated on October 2025.
Performance Data
Includes key metrics such as occupancy rate, daily rate, and revenue. Last Updated on October 2025.
Note: Only listings available for more than 180 days in the past year are included.
Options for Performance Data
- Time Granularity: Choose the level of detail for performance data. For example, selecting 'monthly' will display data by month (e.g., January 2024, February 2024, etc.).
⚠️ Large or multiple market downloads may cause the app to crash. We recommend downloading one market at a time.
