How to Transfer Your Airbtics Account

Follow these steps below:

Step 1: Submit the Request from the Registered Email

For security reasons, we can only process account transfer requests submitted from the email address currently associated with the account.

→ Please email us at [email protected] / [email protected] from your registered address to confirm the transfer.

Step 2: Set Up the Nominated Account

The nominated user should create a new account at app.airbtics.com using the email that will take over access.

Step 3: Granting Access

Once the new account is created and we receive confirmation from the current account holder, we will transfer access and subscription permissions to the new account.

📊 Step 4: Re-subscribe to Markets

You’ll need to manually re-select or subscribe to your previous markets in the new account.

🗑️ Step 5: Delete the Old Account

Once everything is transferred and running smoothly, let us know so we can delete the old account
