How do I create my own custom market?

What to do:
-Limit the number of dots to 8 or fewer: For optimal results, use 8 dots or fewer to create your polygon. This ensures accurate market creation without changing the location coordinates during the process.
-Ensure variety in coordinates: Spread your dots evenly across the area to generate diverse coordinates for your market.
What to avoid:
-Avoid replicating exact Google coordinates: Do not use coordinates that closely match Google’s, as this could interfere with the market’s creation.
-Don’t overcomplicate the polygon: A simpler polygon with fewer dots helps ensure smoother market creation.

I subscribed to a wrong region.
If you subscribed to a market by mistake, you can easily remove it by following these steps:
1.) Go to the Overview tab.
2.) Click on Recently Searched, Save Markets, or Save Submarkets.
3.) Find the subscribed market, click the three dots, and select Delete.
I can’t find some Airbnb listings.
Some Airbnb listings may not show in the dashboard due to the following reasons:
1) The dashboard does not include listings added in the past four months.
2) The dashboard does not include the listings that appear to be inactive. This can mean that the listing's calendar is marked as unavailable by the host.
3) We only have about 90% of Airbnb listings in our database.
Due to some technical limitations, there are some listings that we simply failed to scrape & are not yet existing in our database. We currently have 90% of Airbnb listings and are consistently doing our utmost effort to increase this rate.
How to change currency displayed in the dashboard?
Our default currency is USD, but you can easily change it by following these steps:
1.) Open the app.
2.) Tap on the abbreviated first and last name in the upper right corner.
3.) Select your preferred currency from the list.
Available currencies include: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, BRL, ZAR, MXN, INR, KRW, JPY, PHP, MYR, and AED.
How many days is the expiry of my monthly subscription?
Expiry date is 30 days after your first subscription date. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel it either through the app or by emailing your cancellation request to [email protected]
